I was raised in Carrollton, Georgia and after marrying my husband Jared and living with him for a while in Iowa, we moved back to Carrollton. Since then, we've had three boys and we continue the adventure of raising them. 
          My love for photography has brought me the privilege of meeting so many people around Georgia and Alabama. But regardless of where I travel,  the metro Atlanta area will always be my home. 

As a creative, I find beauty in the details. 

          I began capturing images at the age of 30 at the urging of my husband, Jared. He saw my need for a creative and mental health outlet. Photography has allowed me to really observe the beauty in the world, and the people around me.  Photography allows me to remember the beauty in my life. 
           Whenever I pick up my camera, I strive to create beautiful and emotional images that tell a story and showcase the beauty of both the people in the images and the world around them. 
               Photography is truly a labor of love. In my spare time, I also write about random observations about life, love, my family, and photography. I have also been known to make jewelry and pick up a crochet hook on occasion. Laundry is the bane of my existence and there is always a load in both the washer and the dryer.
